Details: 1987 Mustang Convertible 5.0 GTH0.  One of just 10,451 convertibles made by Ford in 1987. Ordered in Graphic Red with all factory options, 3 speed auto with O/D, leather, all electric (windows, seats, mirrors, trunk and gas release) and full factory body kit. One of the very few with metric speedo. E7TE Heads, the HO option includes bigger valves and ports, dished pistons, roller cam, EEC IV electronics and a 60mm 580 throttle bore 19lb/hr injectors and alloy speed inlet manifold. SS headers and exhaust with Headman mufflers to go, big discs to stop. Tectyl treated at new. Runs on genuine Ford mags and the original finned alloys come with it. All 8 tyres are fine. Sounds from a four channel 6 speaker system. The pp plate “Lidlis’ goes with the car.  Arrived in NZ in 1993, now showing just 61000km, this car is perfect, a real head turner and  sounds magnificent. My only reason for sale is a move from an 8 car garage to a two!

hand polished 17" wheels, leather interior. Mach 460 stereo, radio/cassette player/CD player. converted to right hand drive,
personalised plate. This would be the nicest 95GT in the country with a big option list. The car always wins prizes at the mustang conventions and has a previous history as a show car at the Tokyo motor show. The combinations of grey leather interior, blue clearcoat paint and automatic make it one of just 154 produced for that year. There are more features that are not standard to the normal 95GT, eg, grill, flared guard covers, rear accent lettering. Very economical to run as it has a high diff ratio of 2.73 to 1 and with overdrive on the auto- low revs at 100kph. Details:  1999 35th Anniversary Limited Edition GT coupe. A Mustang collectors opportunity to purchase a rare anniversary model. This Mustang is registered with the 35th Anniversary Limited Edition Owners Association in California and is the only 35th Anniversary registrant from NZ. This car is #2263 of 4628 35th anniversary models built in 1999 and is one of only 120 coupes that were built in performance red colour schemes with black and silver leather interiors for the export market. There are some slight differences between the export version and the US, Canadian and Mexican versions. The differences are small, speedometer reads and records in kilometres, has side marker lights, no rear honeycomb boot panel, different boot spoiler and space saver spare wheel. This car left the Ford Motor Company assembly plant at Dearborn, Michigan on March 17, 1999 and was RHD converted when entering NZ in 2004. Vehicle spec’s are: 4.6 litre OHC aluminium V8 engine, electronic fuel injection, auto trans with overdrive and traction control, airbags, a/c, e/w, e/l, ABS, alarmed, Mach 460 sound system with 6 stacker, anniversary mats and has red personalised plates. This vehicle consistently averages mid 9 litres/100 km regular fuel burn on trips. Beautiful condition inside and out and current mileage stands at 58,000 kms. Not used as a daily driver.

Forged pistons, E303 cam, K&N cold air intake, 65mm throttle body, 24lb injectors, GT intake manifold, AFR alloy heads, aluminium radiator. Dyno tuned at over 200hp(rear wheels) at less than 4000rpm. This is a genuine low 13sec ET car. 5 speed T5 manual with B&M short throw kit. Full length subframe connectors with under and over engine area bracing. Koni and KYB shocks. Lowered with 17" cobra wheels. Cobra disc's 13' front 11" rear. Pioneer stereo with 6CD stacker, RF speakers and sub. Dual amp. Drives exceptionally well. Regrettable sale.

Details:  1986 Mustang GTHO. The engine has around 10,000 miles since a rebuild. Edelbrock Aluminium heads with 2.02 valves, MAC headers, off-road H-Pipe and flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers and tailpipes. Sounds amazing and will make the biggest chevy fan smile.  Hurst shifted T5 gearbox , 8.8” LSD with 4.10 gears, clutch feels like its still got a lot of meat in it.  Converted to 5 lug wheels and 17” wheels from a Mach 1 mustang which really suit the car and look fantastic. Tyres are P245/45/17’s  with 50% front and 90% rear. With this car I’ve been the twice running winner of the Taranaki Mustang Club, Grass Kana. I’m the first NZ owner and I’ve replaced several suspension bushings and the front brake lines and put brand new seat belts in the front. The car is rust free and has power windows and power steering. The nose and hood have been upgraded to a 1988 mustang but doesn’t line up with the bottom of the guards, never bothered me or the previous owner, I don’t think it would take much to line it up properly though. The rear wing is off a 1993 GT. The carpet in the boot is a little tatty and stained. The interior carpet could do with a shampoo and the dash has a dash mat on it. Headliner isn’t perfect either. The driver and passenger seats have been replaced with seats from a 1995 mustang, they are extremely nice cloth charcoal seats, and the drivers seat is electric. Car has a Sony CD player and is alarmed with a 4 star rated, professionally installed, mongoose alarm system, with keyless entry, immobiliser etc and is even nice enough to wail at me every-time I leave the lights on…oops. Paint is grabber blue & black, is essentially a clone of the 2004 mach-1 mustang. The paint is not show condition but still turns a lot of heads. The underside of the hood hasn’t been painted to match. I took the Air-conditioning out because it had lost its charge and I didn’t require it. This car is extremely quick but also makes a fantastic cruiser and is easy to drive around town. Being fuel-injected makes it extremely economical, people I’ve talked to with other mustangs can’t believe the economy I get out of it. I absolutely love this car and am really going to regret selling it but its time to move on.
