1969 Mach 1 Cobra Jet
Details:
1969 Mach 1 428 Cobra Jet for sale. Genuine ram air R code with shaker. New
internal door panels with splash guards, new dash, new carpet, new sail
panels, instrument and clock facias refurbed by auto instruments in the USA.
New 31 spline axles and bearings, new rear slave cylinders, lines and pads.
Front callipers re-kitted, new Russell braided lines, new pads, new Master
cylinder, distribution block and rear pressure valve re-kitted. 428 Cobra
Jet engine rebuilt 30+ flat top forged pistons, Crane cams Powermax
hydraulic cam and lifters etc. Heads blueprinted and fitted with adjustable
rockers. Refurbed complete shaker system, including S tube and heat shield
with new flapper vacuum motor, "service replacement" numbered 735 carb, Full
concourse exhaust system fitted. C6 shift kitted. All suspension replaced as
required. New power steering control valve and hoses. New 17" American
Racing Torque Thrust polished alloys with new tyres. Thousands spent with
receipts retained, everything either removed and refurbed, or replaced with
either Concourse or NOS components, really too much to list. Have not
scraped and painted the under body as it is a driven car not a trailer

1973 Convertible. 351 2V auto. Originally pale blue but looks much better in
red. Various minor mods to make it more reliable in a modern world – Ignitor
electronic ignition, twin thermostatically operated electric fans,
non-sealed beam headlights, Kenwood radio/CD player, aftermarket temperature
and oil pressure gauges, alarm and immobilizer, personalized plates.
Transmission overhauled and extractors added about 600 miles ago. Sounds
great and runs well, but this car is not a show-piece. It has some small
dings and scratches and minor rust by rear wheels but it’s a good honest car
– what you see is what you get. Drive and enjoy, or make it an easy
restoration.

1969 428 Cobra Jet
Details:
One the fastest appreciating muscle cars today is the 428 Cobra Jet. This
genuine Mach 1 Cobra Jet has been treated to a rotisserie restoration by
Matamata Panel works the Mustang experts. This car is absolutely mint
condition and has had 60k spent on it. This is a fully optioned car with a
C6 automatic trans, power steering and is a R code Ram Air car . This is a
rare car as it was the only Cobra jet painted Grabber Orange in 1969.
Grabber Orange never came out till 1970 but this was specially ordered this
color. We believe the only other cars painted this color are 3 Shelby's. The
following has been done to this car: New paint, New interior, 2 new
front doors, New windscreen, New mags and tyres, New radio, Reconditioned
diff, Reconditioned gearbox, Motor has been rebuilt. All new panel
work to the highest standard. Original 12 spoke wheels and tyres go with the
car.

miles on the original odometer! Full ground up rebuild, inside outside
and upside down. AOD 4 speed Transmission, 5.8Ltr Windsor,
Roller cam with 5yr 50k mile warranty. Ford AOD big clutch pack and shift
kit with 6 month 20k mile warranty. New suspension with custom lowered
springs front and rear and nolothane bushes and new gas shocks, Sway bars; 1
1/8th front and 3/4 rear with nolothane bushings. New ball joints, steering,
hoses, links and pump etc. All new engine accessories with Billet Alloy air
cleaner, rocker covers, All March Serpentine Pullies and brackets, plus plug
wire holders. Disk brake conversion with new booster, master cylinder
bearings, calipers, rotors, hoses etc, Custom exhaust from headers through
twin 2 1/2 inch pipes, dual mufflers and exiting at rear valance. Driveshaft
new & balanced. Differential rebuilt with new bearings. New 3.55:1 gears and
new Limited slip differential unit. All new Mach 1 Upholstery with vinyl
top, headliner, carpet, Mustang logo embroidered floor mats, Seat foam
springs and covers, and brand new Dash. New floor pan, new rear Quarters,
trunk pan, full strip down and professional repaint while apart, then
reassembly with all new stainless bolts. All new Green tint window Glass.
All new rubber and felt gaskets throughout vehicle including window, handles
and locks etc. New cooling system including new radiator hoses etc. New Tri
Bar Headlights with halogen bulbs. New tail lights and bulbs throughout. New
17inch mags X 9.5 inch rear and X 8.5 inch front with 245/45x17 tires front
and 275/40x17 rear all with new chrome log nuts and center caps. New custom
moulded rear parcel tray with new 6X9 three way speakers and custom 4 way
under dash speaker to front with new JVC AM/FM CD head unit with installed
wiring for Amp and Subs. New front valance spoiler, new rear deck lid wing.
New colour coded remote door mirrors and hood scoop with turn signals. Many
