1969 / 1970 MACH 1'S (Removed from Listings March 04 due to no response to email)

Details: 1969 and 1970 MACH 1 project cars.
1970: Previous owner claims original colour is Yellow. Claims 351 motor may be a cobra jet motor. He has had the car for 15 years. 10 years ago he took it apart to restore it. He rebuilt the motor with quality parts. The old pump went south and he said the cam is trashed and something else, I cant remember. He put everything in storage years ago and never touched the car again till I got it.. I have all the parts. The car looks ugly but the body, floor pan, trunk and everything is free of rust. I spotted one fender at the bottom with a small spot. Small area. I don't know where the engine numbers are or its a CJ motor. But its has 4 bbl heads. Motor is apart. No a/c and no power brakes. Automatic, No rear louvers. I don't remember seeing a front spoiler but those are cheap. I don't think its a matching no motor but I haven't looked. Don't even ask me about matching no transmission. I'm not climbing under the car to look. The code on the vin for the motor is H . Looking to export. NOT A DEALER.

Details: Genuine 1970 Mach 1. DOVE 429 V8 motor completely rebuilt with the best available high performance parts, but is still low stressed and runs comfortably. Shaker intake, power steering, stock tappet covers, custom built 4 row radiator but looks stock. Custom built 2 inch extractors exit via NOS Ford stainless tips. 4 speed top loader transmission into high strength 3.89 Detroit locker. Suspension completely rebuilt, lowered and stiffened, with adjustable Koni's all round. Uprated Kelsey Hays brakes all round. Body shell completely stripped and rebuilt with strengthened stock towers and firewall areas. Interior has been restored to mint with original steering wheel, dash and AM radio. Hurst shifter fitted.

Details: 1966 notchback. All matching numbers. Original 289 V8 auto, engine rebuilt at 80,000, transmission overhauled 112,000 miles. Receipts for all engine and transmission work as well as receipts for brakes and suspension going back to 1982. US$6000 spent between 1992 and 1998. Have original dealer invoice from 1966 showing factory power steering and deluxe seatbelts front and rear. Interior immaculate, except missing steering wheel Centre cap. Mechanically very good. RH door damaged and RH front guard has been replaced but rest of body in excellent condition. Has been vin'd but no WOF or registration as yet.
Overall in very good original condition, but with some work required to bring up to restored condition

This car has not been mucked about with, and while it's not a show car it is in very good condition and would suit all but the most fussy of owners. Very clean with no rust.
