The following info was provided by current owner Jim Day

The car was originally sold by Wayne to Rob Lewis of Christchurch. Unfortunately it was involved in a serious accident in 2007 and was then sold to Jim Day also of Christchurch.

The car is currently (2008) going through a major rebuild and enhancement (of what was already a beautifully engineered car), in the very capable hands of Doug Ledbrook. Wayne Fabish has been fantastic help with information and support. The car will be rebuilt to its original competition spec but will also be road registered to take in numerous other classic events etc.

Estimated rebuild completion date later in 2008, hopefully in time for the 08/09 racing season. Below are a couple of recent photos of the car on a chassis machine.
